By using the Colado Latino Network website, submitting to our business directory, or participating in Colado Connects, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of coladonetwork.com, including anyone who submits a business to the Latino Business Directory or signs up for Colado Connects.

2. The Latino Business Directory

Submitting a listing

By submitting a business to the directory, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the business
• All submitted information (name, description, contact details, website, logo) is accurate and truthful
• The business is Latino-owned or Latino-operated
• You have the right to submit any logo or image you provide

Review and approval

All submissions are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify any listing that contains inaccurate information, violates these terms, or is determined to be inappropriate for the directory.

Keeping your listing accurate

You are responsible for keeping your listing information current. If your business closes or your contact details change, please update or remove your listing by emailing elcoladonetwork@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.

Removal

You may request removal of your listing at any time. We may also remove listings that are found to be inaccurate, inactive, or in violation of these terms.

3. Colado Connects

Colado Connects is a community matching program that pairs Latino professionals for intentional one-on-one conversations. By submitting a Connects profile, you agree that:

• The information in your profile is accurate
• You will engage respectfully with any matches you receive
• You understand that matches are made at Colado's discretion and are not guaranteed
• You consent to your first name and professional background being shared with your match via email

Colado Connects is a community program, not a professional placement or dating service. Matches are made in good faith and Colado is not responsible for the outcome of any connection.

4. User Conduct

When using any part of the Colado Latino Network platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the directory or platform for spam, advertising unrelated services, or any commercial purpose outside the intent of the directory
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish directory data without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other community members
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The Colado Latino Network name, logo, and website content are the property of Colado Latino Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

By submitting content to the directory (descriptions, logos, images), you grant Colado Latino Network a non-exclusive license to display that content on the website and in promotional materials related to the directory.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Colado Latino Network website and directory are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the accuracy of directory listings, the results of Connects matches, or the continuous availability of the platform. We are not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from your listing or your Connects match.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colado Latino Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
