Colado Latino Network is Baltimore's gathering space for Latino entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners.

We host in-person events where you meet the people building in this city and find your own. Come as you are, meet Latino professionals who are serious about growing together, and leave with names you will actually call.

If you've ever walked into a networking event and felt like it wasn't built for you, this one is.

What We Do

More Than a Networking Event

01

Connect

Real introductions between Latinos building in Baltimore. No small talk scripts. Just people finding each other.

02

Build

Every room we fill is an investment in the community. We put people with skills next to people with capital and ideas, so nobody has to grow alone.

03

Celebrate

We show up in spaces that belong to us. Hosted by the people who own them, for our gente. That's not an accident. Es de nosotros.

About Colado Latino Network

Built by Us. For Us.

Colado Latino Network is Baltimore's community for Latinos who are building something. We host in-person networking events at minority-owned businesses across the city because the space for this kind of connection didn't exist here. So we built it.

Most Latino business networks are national organizations with an application and a membership fee before you even get in the door. We're not that. It doesn't matter if you've been running your business for ten years or still figuring out the name. If you're building something and you want to be in a room with people who get it, you belong here.

Nothing to apply for and nobody pitching at you. Just Baltimore's Latino business community, in the same room, building something real together.

What is Colado Latino Network?
Colado Latino Network is Baltimore's gathering space for Latino entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners. We host in-person events where you can meet people who are building in this city, share resources, and find your people. Come as you鈥檙e and talk like a person, the room opens up on its own.
Who is Colado for?
Latinos in the Baltimore area who are building something, whether you run an established business, help run someone else's, or are just thinking about starting your own. If you have ever walked into a networking event and felt like it was not built for you, this one is.
How much does it cost to attend a Colado event?
Our events are free to attend. You reserve a free spot on Eventbrite so we know who is coming. Some events offer an optional donation to help us keep hosting, but there is never a required ticket price.
Where are Colado events held?
At minority-owned businesses across Baltimore, three Latino-owned and one Black-owned so far. That is on purpose. We bring people into spaces that belong to our community, from wine bars to cafes to local restaurants.
Do I need to own a business to come?
No. Plenty of people in the room are still figuring out their idea, working a day job, or helping run somebody else's business. What matters is that you want to build real relationships with other Latino professionals in Baltimore.
How do I find out about the next event?
Check the events page, follow us on Instagram at @colado.network, or follow us on Eventbrite. That is where every new gathering gets announced first.
What areas of Baltimore does Colado serve?
Colado is rooted in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, with community across neighborhoods like Fells Point, Highlandtown, Canton, Federal Hill and Hampden, among others. If you are Latino and building in the greater Baltimore area, you are part of this.
How is Colado different from other networking groups?
Colado is built around real relationships between Latino professionals who get the culture and the hustle. The gatherings are hosted by minority-owned businesses, for our community, and being part of it is free.
