Baltimore, MD
The Latino Business Network Baltimore Was Missing.
Baltimore had rooms like this for everyone else. Now nuestra gente has one, one gathering at a time.
Colado Latino Network is Baltimore's gathering space for Latino entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners.
We host in-person events where you meet the people building in this city and find your own. Come as you are, meet Latino professionals who are serious about growing together, and leave with names you will actually call.
If you've ever walked into a networking event and felt like it wasn't built for you, this one is.
What We Do
More Than a Networking Event
Connect
Real introductions between Latinos building in Baltimore. No small talk scripts. Just people finding each other.
Build
Every room we fill is an investment in the community. We put people with skills next to people with capital and ideas, so nobody has to grow alone.
Celebrate
We show up in spaces that belong to us. Hosted by the people who own them, for our gente. That's not an accident. Es de nosotros.
What's Coming Up
Next Gathering
The Next One Is Coming.
We just wrapped our third main event, and the courtyard is still buzzing in the group chats. We're already working on what's next. Nothing is locked in yet, and the last two filled up fast, so the date goes out below before it goes anywhere else.
Next Gathering
Know Before Everyone Else.
Drop your email and you get the date for the next Colado before the ticket link goes public. We won't spam you, ever.
How We Gather
Big Room or Small Table
Colado
Quarterly
The quarterly one. A full room at a minority-owned venue, and the fastest way to meet a lot of people at once.
Coladito
Ongoing
The small one. A handful of seats around a single table, built for going deep instead of wide.
Seen at Colado
Y'all weren't strangers for long.

Coffee, a call, whatever works. One focused conversation between two people who are serious about growing together.
About Colado Latino Network
Built by Us. For Us.
Colado Latino Network is Baltimore's community for Latinos who are building something. We host in-person networking events at minority-owned businesses across the city because the space for this kind of connection didn't exist here. So we built it.
Most Latino business networks are national organizations with an application and a membership fee before you even get in the door. We're not that. It doesn't matter if you've been running your business for ten years or still figuring out the name. If you're building something and you want to be in a room with people who get it, you belong here.
Nothing to apply for and nobody pitching at you. Just Baltimore's Latino business community, in the same room, building something real together.
Support the Network
Become a Sponsor
Our events bring Baltimore's Latino business community into the same room. That's a specific, motivated audience. Latino entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who are actively building.
Sponsorship puts your business in front of that community in a way that matters. Not an ad. A presence.

Bodega and Vino
Baltimore, MD 路 Locust Point
A neighborhood wine bar, specialty bodega, and community gathering space in Locust Point. Coffee in the morning, tapas and wine at night. Always a seat for la comunidad.
They opened their space so nuestra gente could find each other. That's what this is supposed to feel like.
The Empanada Lady
Baltimore, MD 路 Downtown
Handmade empanadas and Latin flavors right in the middle of downtown Baltimore. The kind of spot you find once and immediately want to tell everyone about.
They opened their kitchen so nuestra gente could gather in May. That's what a real host does.
Stem & Vine
Baltimore, MD 路 Downtown
Plants in the front, wine at the bar, a greenhouse and a brick courtyard out back. Quincy Goldsmith built a place on North Charles that people already come to on an ordinary Thursday, no event required. Black-owned, and the rare room where strangers start talking on their own.
Quincy did not just unlock a door for us. He poured, he worked the room, and he got on the mic at the end to thank our people for filling his space. Go spend your money there.
